About Donna

DMB Accountancy was founded by Donna Bland. Following AAT qualification, Donna has had over 25 years’ experience in diverse financial roles.

Her experience includes:

Sole trader, Partnership, Limited Company Accounts,

Self-assessment and Corporation Tax,

Book-keeping, VAT, CIS, IR35,

Management accounting/budgeting, Credit control,

Statutory and Internal audit.

She has worked for organisations both small and large, with varying clients using many accounting systems.

She has a passion for learning and strives to thrive, believing that book-keeping, accounting and tax skills should be accessible to all.

Donna has recently discovered that she is neurodivergent. Realising the unique strengths it brings to her work and the value it provides to her clients.

With this newfound perspective, she established her business to empower others to thrive in their own.
